The journey begins with 5 days of intensive yoga sessions focused on asana, pranayama, meditation, alignment, and traditional yogic practices. These days are designed to deepen understanding, improve discipline, and give space to practice without distraction.
The next 5 days move into the Himalayas. Daily hikes through mountain trails are combined with yoga classes, breathwork, and quiet time in nature. The experience is physically demanding at times, but also deeply grounding. This retreat is open to those who have completed a 200 or 300-hour yoga training, or practitioners who already have a strong and consistent practice. It is not a beginner retreat
It’s a mix of steady practice and physical challenge, set in the Himalayas. Not everyone will enjoy it—and that’s the point. It’s for those who are ready for it.

The idea behind Himalayan Yoga Immersion: The Ascent is to create a space for practitioners to step away from routine life and return to a more dedicated and authentic way of practicing yoga.
This retreat is designed for those who already have experience in yoga and want to deepen their understanding through consistent practice, discipline, nature and shared learning. The intention is not only to improve physical practice, but also to build awareness, endurance, focus and connection with the traditional side of yoga.
The first part of the retreat is focused on intensive daily practice — asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, mantra, and inversions — guided by experienced teachers who have spent years living and sharing these practices. It is a chance to improve your experience, refine your practice, ask questions, and spend time learning in a smaller and more personal environment.
The second part takes the journey into the Himalayas. Hiking through the mountains while continuing daily yoga and breathwork changes the whole experience of practice. Life becomes simpler, the mind becomes quieter, and the connection with nature naturally deepens the process.
This retreat is not built around comfort or entertainment. It is created for people who genuinely want to dedicate time to practice, challenge themselves, and learn through direct experience. Because of the depth and structure of the retreat, it is organized only once each year and kept intentionally small.
